1 Definitions and Interpretations

Certain words and phrases used in this document have specific meanings, which are clarified below:

• "ckkk" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all related digital services operated by ckkk.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on ckkk.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal profile and balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward or additional balance granted by ckkk.
• "Transaction" refers to all financial activities related to deposits, withdrawals, and betting.
• "Services" refers to the slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming features offered by ckkk.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use ckkk's services, a user must be 21 years of age or older. Participation in any gaming service on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, ckkk reserves the right to suspend or cancel all of them. Any bonuses or winnings obtained from multiple accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be true and accurate. If an account is registered with false information, it will be closed immediately and the balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckkk may request identity verification from a member at any time. If a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document is requested, it must be submitted within the specified time. If documents are not provided within the given time, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may transfer their account, balance, or bonus to any other person. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be cancelled.

3.3 Updating Information

If the mobile number or email registered to an account changes, the member must inform ckkk's customer service immediately. Any OTP or verification issues arising from outdated information are the member's own responsibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount at ckkk is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.2 Payment Methods

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals at ckkk:

Members must use a payment account registered in their own name. Payments through a third party are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if account verification is incomplete, this timeframe may be extended.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met (see section 5 below for details). Until bonus wagering is complete, only the actual deposited amount may be withdrawn — but doing so will cancel the bonus.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. That is, the wagering requirement equals the bonus amount multiplied by 10.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by ckkk.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time, unless ckkk specifically permits it.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If a bonus is used for fraudulent purposes, the account will be closed immediately.

5.4 VIP Cashback

ckkk's VIP program has five levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.4%), Gold (0.6%), Platinum (0.8%), and Diamond (1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. For example, if a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All games on ckkk are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live dealer system. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results. If a game fails to complete properly due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be considered void.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. Specific limits may apply when betting with bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, a device shutting down, or other technical reasons, the result will be determined according to ckkk's server logs. ckkk will not be held responsible for issues caused by a member's own device.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckkk:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing bets between each other's accounts to meet bonus requirements without real risk.
• Using software bots, auto-clickers, or other automated tools.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members or ckkk staff.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ckkk's content or systems.

If such activity is detected, the account involved will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Liability for Losses

Participating in gaming carries the risk of financial loss — this is voluntarily acknowledged by the member. ckkk is not responsible for a member's gaming decisions or losses. The outcome of every bet is entirely at the member's own risk.

8.2 Third-Party Services

ckkk uses services from various third-party game studios and payment providers. ckkk is not directly liable for the quality or errors of these third-party services, but will make efforts to forward member complaints to the relevant parties appropriately.

8.3 Service Interruptions

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical reasons. ckkk is not obligated to provide any compensation for such periods.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

ckkk is committed to protecting members' personal information. Information collected at registration is used solely for operating the service, identity verification, and support purposes. 10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Own Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request, as accessing the balance after account closure may be complicated.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by ckkk

ckkk may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Registration with false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Court order or legal obligation.

10.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions
